You agree to inform StretchUs of any existing injuries, medical conditions, or concerns prior to any session. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their participation.Before participating in a session, clients should inform StretchUs of any relevant injuries, physical limitations, medical conditions, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect participation. Clients are responsible for communicating discomfort or requesting that a movement or technique be modified or stopped at any time. StretchUs reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a session when participation appears inappropriate for the wellness services offered.

3. Appointment Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.StretchUs packages are intended for use within the stated period associated with each package. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, the following recommended validity periods apply:

3-Session Package: 60 days from the date of purchase.

6-Session Package: 90 days from the date of purchase.

10-Session Package: 120 days from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions may expire after the applicable validity period, subject to applicable law and any written terms provided at the time of purchase.
