Our Post-Training Recovery program is designed to help your body recover the right way after intense workouts and physical activity.
In 4 guided sessions over 4 weeks, we focus on releasing muscle tension, improving mobility, and reducing soreness so your body can heal and perform better

​Post-Office Recovery 50 minute Duration: 3 weeks Frequency: 2x/week

Our Post-Office Reset program is designed to break the pain cycle caused by long hours of sitting and daily desk work.
Over 3 weeks of consistent sessions, we focus on releasing tension in your neck, back, and shoulders while restoring natural movement in your body.

Best for: Desk work, posture issues, neck and back tension
Goal: Stop the pain cycle and restore natural movement

Post-Injury Recovery Mobility 50 minute Frequency: Weeks 1–2: 2x/week Weeks 3–6: 1x/week

Our Post-Injury Rebuild program is built for long-term recovery and true body restoration after injury or chronic pain.
Over 6 weeks, we follow a structured progression that helps your body regain strength, mobility, and control in a safe and effective way.

Best for: Injuries, chronic pain, recurring issues
Goal: Rebuild your body and restore lasting pain-free movement


At StretchUs, our primary goal is to improve the mobility and well-being of our clients through personalized assisted stretching. Our services, including the Neuromuscular Flexibility Method (NMF). A complement to stretching, we use additional techniques such as Tapping, light functional activation techniques, and compression
boots, all applied for specific purposes to enhance circulation, relieve tension, and support muscle recovery. It is important to clarify that these modalities are not the main focus of our services, but are used occasionally and as a complementary tool. Furthermore, at no point do we replace professional medical consultation or treatment. These services are not medical treatments, physical therapy, or massage therapy. These techniques are applied solely to improve mobility and are never used as treatment for specific injuries or medical conditions. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
